We had a good experience selling our house with Marisa. She was knowledgeable, professional and responsive. The list price she suggested was higher than I expected, but we had a half dozen offers (five of which were above list price) within three days of listing and sold for about $20K above Zillow's suggested value. She helped usher the sale through to completion and we were able to close early. Her fee is 1% of the sales price or $3500 for homes under $350K, compared to the typical 2.5%. I don't think that a full-priced listing agent would have provided any more or better service.

I've used their services since to look at other houses. They line me up with people to do certain things on the house and things like that. I was moving into the area and doing things from afar. There were not many issues that were negative.
