Prospect Mortgage

I saw one single rating of an A for the Prospect branch located in Oregon and thought I'd give it a try on a investment house we've already received other bank preapproval and made an offer on. Vanessa and Jaime her assistant were generally fine other than getting my name wrong, constantly having us sign electronically then ask for hand signatures, and most importantly, changing the entire direction of the loan so it was no longer an investment loan but a home owner occupied loan plus a renovation loan. I wished they were clear about the criteria for final approval before having led us down a torturous path of yes and no's, acquiring contractor estimates and documents etc. I would not trust their so-called initial approval and their judgement about what the final result will be.
