Gene made efforts to work my project into Pro Home Care's busy summer schedule and was able to begin work within two weeks. They were patient and flexible with extra work that arose during the course of the project. The quality of the painting is superb. Only one mistake was made during the entire project, the wrong color in one room. It was corrected completely the same day I called them about it, leaving no evidence it ever happened. Final cost was higher than estimate because we hoped to save money by not repainting a ceiling, but it turned out to be an unworkable color that took two coats to cover. I am more detail-oriented than most people and correspondingly picky about small things, but Gene made sure the entire project was completed with the quality I wanted while keeping the cost reasonable. I have already requested estimates for two structural remodeling projects next year.
