We contacted 4 companies from Angie's List, leaving messages for all, that we needed reworking of and additions to, an existing home theater system. This company was the only one of the 4 to return the call within 24 hours. When I explained what was needed, General Manager Andrew Riehle was very helpful, and we made an appointment for him to see the system and discuss options. This particular system had been installed by Adair Media several years ago, and they are no longer in business. It never really worked properly (user-friendly) and we were considering just disconnecting several aspects of it. Andrew got it all working properly and in a user-friendly manner. He and his tech came out when they said they would, did what they said they would do and charged what they estimated-no unpleasant surprises!

Always gave me plenty of options and the work is top notch! Our home theater system is the envy of the neighborhood! I will always call them for any work that I need done!

They were awesome! Andy helped me so much, I now feel like I know a little of what I'm doing. Most of the charge was the actual equipment.
