 He ran through future service needs and recommended duct cleaning. The workers were genial, but a bit rough on the edges. The work was excellent, quick and costing considerably less that I would have expected.

My furnace stopped working because I didn't change the air filter often enough, I thin, so the blower motor went out.  I called on Sunday and got an answering service who said they'd pass the information along. I said it wasn't urgent since it was May and not cold. I didn't hear back on Monday right away so at the end of the day I called again. I got a call back right away.  The owner remembered the installation of the furnace from 9 years before quite well. He sent a repairman out the next morning. He got it all fixed up in about 2.5 hours. He was nice polite and professional and the price was very reasonable. A good experience for my first furnace repair call. I'd recommend them.

It went very well. He was there an hour and 1/2 and only charged us 80. for the service call. Our gas furnace is almost 20 years old. We are working with Paul to either buy some new parts for it or purchase a new furnace. We are impressed that he is not pushing us to get a new furnace, but rather has offered some suggestions to fix the problem we are having with it. i would highly recommend them.

We were very impressed with his price and the quality of the equipment he wanted to install. He was very good at problem solving, and finding a way to make it work. He is very dependable.
