Welcome! Pacific Northwest Hardwood and Tile is an affiliate Company of Mobile Floor Coverings, Inc. of Bellingham, WA . We have built our business based upon delivering superior customer service and quality installations. Dustin works with each customer from start to finish. Your experience with us can range from a free in home measurement and bid, purchase and delivery of materials, through installation. Installation only is also available depending on your needs. We have relationships with a number of flooring manufacturers and distributors in the greater Portland, Oregon area and would be happy to help you pick out the perfect flooring for your home or feel free to stop by the showrooms yourself and shop around. We called Dustin and came over one evening after work to discuss the various options and related pros and cons. He listened to our
needs and came up with a recommendation - replace the hardwoods with tile and feather in a piece of the removed hardwood where the half-wall was patched. We picked out several samples of varying sizes and explored the idea of decorative pieces. Dustin helped us make the final selection and put together a clear estimate of his workplan, including several hours of demolition and removing trim.
We scheduled a day to install about a week in advance and he showed up early to get the project started. By the time we got home that night, almost everything was done! He just needed to come back the next day for an hour or so to grout the tile. Only one minor hiccup with the project - we noticed a small scratch on our hardwoods next to the entryway after the job was complete that we think didn't exist previously. Dustin was very responsive to this and was available to buff out easily. Overall, excellent work, competitive pricing, top-notch quality and a great attitude to boot. We also greatly appreciated his willingness to work with our ideas and help us finalize plans. Not much else you can hope for with a contractor!
