ON THE SPOT CARPET CARE

I called Mitch about a week before I was supposed to move into my new home. On faith alone he agreed to go to my new home and prepare the carpets for moving in (the previous owner had lots of cats that left behind a nasty odor). They worked with friends of mine who lived nearby to get into the home, and cleaned everything BEAUTIFULLY! Seriously, there was no residual scent left, and the work was impeccable. My friends who met with them were impressed with their professionalism on the job, as was I. I truly appreciated the thorough, professional work they did!

Disappointing work overall. Center of all rooms were cleaned, but not edges or corners. They cleaned under couch and center coffee table, but not under or around/behind small furniture such as bedside tables, couch side tables, CD rack. They placed our new wood couch legs on wet Fraze (tall) carpet, rather than protecting the legs by elevation or plastic squares. They stated it would serve "no purpose" to put plastic or foam under the couch legs. I've never had a carpet cleaner that didn't elevate furniture, and also move the small furniture to clean around. I do appreciate their fitting me into their schedule on short notice and re-cleaning some ground in dirt spots I pointed out to them.
