Mark arrived on time, performed the work efficiently & left the area clean in less than an hour. Very pleasant & professional man.

Called Mark. He was here within a couple of hours. He checked the opener thoroughly for broken or worn gears, tightened the chain, lubricated the whole thing. He noted that some springs are likely to fail within a few years but advised against replacing them now. He made sure we know what to do if they do fail so we're not inconvenienced.

I have used Omni a few times in the last 13 yrs.  Many years go by between my service calls and each time I know that Mark will be here as quickly as he can make it. He always has the part needed and is so friendly, professional and reliable.  This time he fixed the broken bracket, tighten everything else and oiled it up.  I'm sure it will be good as new for another 5 yrs!  It's nice to feel confident in a person's workmanship.  I would never choose anyone else.

The cable on one side of our door was became frayed and unwound, which caused the door to be jerked sideways and one of the wheels came off the track. We were unable to put our door all the way down (however, my husband released the other side and we were able to close it. We called Omni Garage door based on a referral and Mr. Spohn was out to our house the next day on time and completed the job within a half hour. He replaced both cables and fined tuned BOTH garage doors! We would highly recommend Omni Garage and will definitely use for feature issues. Thanks again!

We called Mark at about 7:30am when we discovered that the lift spring on our garage door was broken and the door was totally nonfunctional. Mark was at our house by 8:30 and the job was done by 9:30. Great service! This is the third time we have used Omni in the 25+ years we've been in this house and Mark has always been very prompt and professional. His prices are very reasonable and I wouldn't think of calling anyone else for garage door issues.

Contacted Mark around 9:00. Luckily, he was able to accommodate my repair first on his list and showed up at 9:15.

After determining that the broken spring was fairly obscure and would not easily find a direct replacement, he replaced it and the other spring with a single, stronger spring for less than the cost of two individual springs. He followed up by verifying proper operation and lubricating all moving parts.

Mark took my call around 7am (my husband couldn't get his car out of the garage and took mine). We scheduled a time that day, and the door opener was repaired within a half hour of his arrival.

We had a mishap in our driveway with a car running into our garage door and giving it a big dent. I called Mark and he came out right away to bump it back into place so that it was operational in the short term. He gave us a very fair estimate on replacement and also said it wouldn't have to be replaced immediately - it should still remain functional. It's nice to not feel pressured from a business with scare tactics that make you feel like you'd better do the work immediately. Mark was very reassuring and low key. We decided to schedule the replacement, and Mark worked with us to get the parts and then do the install. He's very professional, and I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing this type of work.

Our garage door spring had broken and we couldn't get our cars out of the garage--called Mark at 7am this morning and he was here by 8:15am. He first got my husband out and on his way and was completely done replacing both springs w/in 45 minutes. Couldn't have asked for more...his service call was less than another company we'd used in the past and his responsiveness can't be beat!! I also love when you call a company, the owner is the one to answer the phone and make the service call. Highly recommend!!

Mark (the service provider) was here within 30 minutes of being called. He advised replacement of all 4 springs (they are rated at 10,000 opening and closing cycles, which these had probably had in 7 years instead of the typical 10 -- with kids, garage doors get opened and shut more than the average 2.65 times per day on which a ten year lifetime is predicted). Mark advised the 20,000 cycle springs which upped the total cost by only $50 as a good investment and went back to his shop to get them. Had them installed in an hour, then discovered that the motor would not move the door; took it apart and found an E ring had come off and this decoupled the worm drive from the motor- got that fixed too, then lubed the screw, motor and tracks-- the door moves very smoothly now and is probably good for several years. Including the motor issue, the drive back to the shop for parts (which is 10 minutes away), and everything else, he probably spent about 2.5 hours on our repair. Labor charged was $100 and the service call charge was $80-- not a big bargain, but fair, in my estimation. Mark was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and friendly and he explained everything our system needed. We would definitely use him again, and recommend his work.

The owner is our friend and we are very pleased with his service. He is very professional and his price is fair. He did only the work that needed to be done. He didn’t try to inflate the cost or repairs. I would use the company again.

I called the company at 4 pm on a Friday, when the garage door stuck at an odd angle. He called right back, and we determined that it must be a broken spring. He said he could come out as soon as he finished another job. He was there by 5 pm and out by 6 pm. He was very efficient, professional and left it in better condition than previously. It is now much quieter. I was surprised by his very professional, honest and clean appearance for a hands-on worker.

He has responded to questions concerning their operation by phone. He shows up on fairly short notice. His prices seem reasonable but I have not compared them. He is typically available on short notice and seems to do good work.

I JUST THINK IT IS AN EXCELLENT COMPANY THAT RESPONDS QUICKLY. THEY DO EXCELLENT WORK. WHEN I LEAVE A MESSAGE, THEY USUALLY CALL BACK WITHIN 10 MINUTES. IT IS A SINGLE GENTLEMAN THAT HAS A LOT OF REPEAT CUSTOMERS. I HAVEN'T HAD ANY PROBLEMS SINCE THEN.
