Marv did a complete interior inspection, checking all the utilities and the structure and crawl space thoroughly. He climbed up on the roof and checked the flashing and every part of the roof. He gave us a walk through after he was finished so that we did not have to wait for a checklist computer report. He them emailed us a written report in paragraph style with photos so that we had a record of what we had seen and discussed with him.

WE SAVED A LOT OF MONEY ON REPAIRS BECAUSE NORTHWEST HOME INSPECTION FOUND SOME DRY ROT UNDERNEATH THE KITCHEN SINK THAT THE PREVIOUS OWNERS REPAIRED FOR US BEFORE WE WENT THROUGH WITH THE PURCHASE.
