Description of Work: Due to dry rot, they took out a deck off our second floor bedroom, plus the siding on the south side of the house. Replaced the side of the house. Refinished and painted large deck area.

 + -1 moreI will definitely use MCM again. Everything was done just as he promised and it was done right. I haven't had any "do overs" or touch-ups with this work. Tim does what he says he will do and when he says that he will do it. I like that I can trust him. Tim gave me an accurate estimate up front ... he didn't give me a low estimate and then add on as the job progressed. I like that he was totally honest with his price as well as what to expect from the job.
Description of Work: My front door was old and drafty. I also didn't have an outside light and the door surround was in bad shape. I contacted Tim Mather and he came out to give me an estimate. He was there when he said that he would be (which left a good first impression) and had an estimate to me within a week. He designed a new front door that looked similar to the original door on the house (my home was built in 1926 and I wanted something that would have the same character). He had a solid mahogany door custom built for my house. He also rewired the front to have an outlet (which I didn't have for holiday lights) along with a light and a doorbell. He had a custom surround made (he presented me with several design options) and installed. Tim's employees were prompt and friendly and always cleaned up after their work was done for the day.

 + -1 moreI live in an older home with aging concrete. The stairs were slanting and unsafe. I called Tim to get a quote on replacing all of the concrete walkways, sidewalks and stairs. We met twice to discuss the project, both times he was prompt and professional. Our last meeting was on a Friday and he had a proposal to me by Monday afternoon. Not only did Tim give me a quote to replace the concrete, but he suggested redesign to help the curb appeal of my house. I'm so glad that I listened and followed his advice. Everything looks great ... the house looks far more pulled together than it did before. Makes the home seem much more inviting and taken care of. Tim was at my home many times to check on the work and ensure it was done properly. His attention to detail is incredible and it shows in the quality of the work done. This will be the first of my remodeling jobs with MCM. They will be at the top of my list for future remodeling projects. I highly recommend them because of their extensive knowledge, professional manner and promptness ... Tim did exactly what he said he would when he said he would do it. Very nice experience!

 + -1 moreMy finance and I e-mailed Tim, he e-mailed us back and we made an appointment on a Saturday, which was very convenient. Tim was on time and was very thorough on the initial consultation and came up with some great ideas for the remodel, so we decided to go with him for the project. Tim advised us he would be in contact the following week, but never called. We gave it a few more weeks before we contacted him back. Tim called and informed us that he would not be taking on our project as we discussed because he was too busy and referred us to another company.
Description of Work: My fianc and I had Tim come to our condo for an initial consultation for the total kitchen/living room remodel we were interested in doing.
