I stopped by with issues with low pressure of one my tires. I walked in and they found a nail. They repaired at no charge. All took 45 minutes! They won me as a future client for my tire needs

Les Schwab is a great business. They have a focus on courteous customer service, straight talk and a generous warranty.  They have been helpful in many situations from a screw in a tire to a blown wall.  I miss being in a Les Schwab service area.  They may be a little more upfront but they way they stand behind their products is a huge savings!

Their service and the quality of the tires. I would use them again in the future. 

Their response to our call for help was quick. Very courteous and helpful. They invited us to meet them back at their shop. They tested and analyzed our battery without our asking. We had been prepared to buy a new battery because of the age of our old one. Installed the new battery, explained that the problem we experienced was because of bad cells in the old battery. Charged us a minimal pro-rated amount for a new battery. My confidence in their integrity is high, and I will continue to be a customer.

Brought in my classic 1972 Ford LTD to get new tires, brakes and shocks. They did a nice quality job.

So far they've been really reasonable. I think their prices are reasonable and they are reliable. They were willing to accommodate my needs. I will definitely use them again.

I get really good service there. They once refused to sell my wife new tires because they said she didn't need them. They come out whenever we have problems with the tires and fix it.

It was free because I bought the tires from them. They are a remarkable business. When you drive up, they run out to see what you need. It's a pretty well run outfit. I have used them before.

The last time I was in there was to put my studded snow tires on. I keep the tires on wheels so they don't have to be remounted. Since both tires that I take off and the studded snow tires that I put on I got from them they don't charge me for changing them. The only bad thing is you have to wait in line for the other people that they don't charge.

Les Schwab Tire Center replaced a tire on my car for free. They are wonderful to work with, they really care about my car and they care about making sure I getting the best service. I really feel like they want to help me.

For this work and past work, Les Schwab does the work on time and with good quality. After I paid the bill I realized it was too high because of the alignment job, went back and they promptly refunded the related amount. And since I had the front brakes done about a year ago, that was under warranty and at no charge to me. Great!

AS ALWAYS, THE PEOPLE AT LES SCHAWB WERE FRIENDLY, ATTENTIVE AND QUICK TO FINISH THE JOB. THE PRICES ARE USUALLY A LITTLE HIGHER BUT, THE SERVICE IS ALWAYS WORTH IT.
