Jason will not respond to my attempts to contact him. It's been months and still no response.

Our heater stopped working, house was 50 degree for whole night, called first thing in the morning in panic mode, Jason replied immediately, scheduled 2pm service call and actually came out himself around 10am to take a look. Turned out switch not working, so Jason forced the switch and at least now there is heat! Steven will come by 2pm to replace the switch. And our 13 year old furnace probably is close to end of life, we'll definitely work with Jason and Steven to replace it, great customer service.

Very well.  There may be other issues with this furnace which may have started the original problems which kept it from working. They will be calling me in the next couple of days to come back to repair them.  A very honest and hard working small company.

I would recommend him. It turned out to be a furnace maintenance issue. There was a piece of foam that got sucked away from the housing of the furnace box and was blocking the intake and that was what was causing the strange noise that we were hearing. He explained very thoroughly, what the problem was. He cleaned it out and checked the whole thing over for any other potential problem. We talked about the fact, that actually furnaces even they were brand-new should have once a year maintenance check. Anything could happen; it was ridiculous how this machine was put together with just these little clips. And sooner or later that piece of foam was going to get sucked into the intake. I would absolutely use their services again in the future. In terms of price, I do not know the price because I am a renter, the property management company. This is the one; they do all the work for Edwards Management – Prudential Rentals.
