 + -1 moreWe dropped off ~$100 worth of drycleaning (men's shirts, women's skirts, blouse, jacket, etc.)., including a silk jacket that had two tiny pinpoint stains. When my husband brought it home I was surprised to see discoloration lines on the silk jacket -both front and back- that had not been there before. There was no way to wear the jacket again in public. I brought the jacket back to the store, where the owner's sons he couldn't help me but his mother would be in later that day and would call me. After not hearing from them for 6 days, I went back in to speak with the owner. Basically, she shrugged her shoulders, said that there wasn't anything they could do, did not offer to pay me back for either the drycleaning OR the cost of the jacket. She said that the extent of their being careful of fragile items was to put them in a net bag and then clean them in the drycleaning machine. That's it. Not her problem that her process ruined my article of clothing.
Description of Work: Refused to take responsibility for ruining silk jacket.
