About us

My name is Jerry Duncan and I am a 2nd generation, licensed journeyman plumber with the State of Oregon. I attended Clackamas Community College's four-year Journeyman Plumber Program. I have over 18 years of plumbing experience and started my own company in 2006. I will not charge you for mileage or a "truck charge" just to come out. I have a flat hourly rate, plus the cost of parts. Estimates are free. Senior citizen discounts. I provide 24 hour emergency service. I replace water heaters, as well as repair/replace fixtures; toilets; sinks; tub shower drains; dishwashers; and disposers. I owe Jerry a HUGE thank you for fitting me into his schedule that day. We had water leak down into our lower level and had to shut off our water. The mitigation team came and began their work at 10 pm on Sunday night. I was without water still on Monday and called over 10 plumbers trying to find someone to come and figure out what had leaked and fix it. He was also booked but after hearing my issue, he came by between jobs and opened the wall and found the leak. He had to leave to go to another previously scheduled client but returned and fixed the issue. I would HIGHLY recommend Jerry. He is extremely customer oriented, clearly knowledgeable and was certainly willing to help someone in a jam. THANK YOU JERRY!!!

I called Jerry on a Monday and he was out two days later to replace my instant hot. He was on time, neat and very personable and professional in his demeanor.
