Horrible service and company. The ladies are rude, and not professional. We dealt with Sharon before she retired and then Carmen. We were building our house and needed a short 6-9 month rental. For $2800 a month you would expect that the house you rent has running HOT water, stove burners that work, a working garage door, and light bulbs INSIDE the light fixtures. The house was freezing cold on day 1 and we had to turn the thermostat on high and leave the house for a 4 hours with our newborn. Then we tried to take a shower the first night to find out we had no hot water. We did not get hot water for 2 days.....try sterilizing bottles without hot water or a working stove. The kitchen faucet leaked all over the floor on the 2nd night and the stove burners would not ignite. If that wasn't bad enough then the real trouble started; we had to deal with the ladies in the office. All they wanted was to save, save, save money and it showed when they sent over shady workers to "fix" these issues. Upon move out they charged us for extra time even though we had moved out months earlier....explanation, the gal you were dealing with was retiring and didn't leave good notes......It was the worst experience we have ever dealt with.
We would recommend you save yourselves the hassles and find a different rental company.
