 + -1 moreThey delivered on New Years Eve day. Overall we were happy with the service. We would give them a B+. The couches were beautiful and costumed. The lady who we dealt with was very helpful, nice and patient. Then the store manger was really helpful too and we had contact with before purchase all the way through the delivery. The couches came a little later than they estimated, but it was the holidays so we didn't think that was too unreasonable. We got the paperwork for the warranty, promptly and it has pet protection too.
Description of Work: We purchased a whole living room set from them.

Description of Work: I ordered a sofa and loveseat for $1800; the quality was not good and it began sagging in a few weeks. After some attempts to fix the problem, they agreed to take it back and let me pick out a new one. Of course, the new one was $3000 and much better quality and I am happy with it.
