Had we hired Keith 2 years ago when we started our remodel, we wouldn't be spending 10's of thousands of dollars more to fix an initial bad design and construction. After having a terrible experience with a so-called designer/space planner, we can speak with authority when we say that Keith has done an excellent job for us and is the "real deal". He didn't just look at the main areas we were addressing, rather he took into consideration how these changes were going to impact the entire house, even the curb appeal, so the remodel and the do over remodel & the new addition made sense for the entire home 6) He had a pleasing personality to work with; easy going and easy to talk as we went through a very detailed process 7) He was accessible by phone, email and accommodating to meet outside of regular business hours. Even if you are doing a smaller scale remodel project, it would be well worth the investment to talk to Keith to make sure you are getting the most you can from the space & money you have to work with.
