Jewel wasn't what I wanted in a real estate agent. She doesn't seem to like her job and complained often about it. She seemed mostly concerned with not doing anything that might get her sued. She provided little guidance about getting inspections. I called people to ask things I didn't understand because she wanted to avoid being named in a lawsuit if something went wrong. She did NOT do most of those things I thought real estate agents usually do. For example SHE DID NOT give advice on whether one should buy a house, suggest how much to offer, recommend inspectors, stay through the inspection, arrive on time when we were scheduled to meet, do a final walk-through inspection, or get a housewarming present. Though I did not pay her directly, I am disappointed that money went to her for such terrible service. I should have trusted my gut feeling the first time we looked at houses and dropped her as an agent. I would not recomment her.
