Joe was great.  He did this as a favor, as I could find no one else to work on it and I was freaked out about the mold in my 50 year-old shower. He had other booked work out of town, so I called in another contractor to finish the job. It all turned out great.

We bought a house that had chopped up walls and carpet interspersed with hardwood floor.  We wanted hardwood throughout, a more efficient layout that included eliminating or moving walls, rerouting plumbing, scraping or covering ceilings, gutting the kitchen and replacing cabinets, removing an unwanted tub from the master bath, replacing a fiberglass tub and shower in the guest bath with a cast-iron tub, installing Corian countertops and shower surrounds, removing an unsightly and intrusive fireplace and redoing much of the electical system in the house.  We also replace the furnace and created three zones for discreet and economical distribution of heat, and installed an air conditioning system that also used the zones.  Every window was replaced, doors were replaced and the formerly carpeted stairway was modified to a beautiful hardwood stair and bannister.
