I contacted Gary as part of the follow-up to the findings of a home inspection.
 
While speaking with me, Gary took the time to really listen to my needs and asked questions to help clarify, when necessary.
 
I let Gary know I had a tight timeline with only a few days left in the home inspection period.  This meant I needed someone the same day or the day after at the latest.  Additionally, if the assessment could be performed on the same day, the only time made available to us by the Seller was after 6:30pm.  Gary was kind enough to find a way to fit the assessment into his schedule that same day.
 
While on site he performed a thorough inspection providing lots of feedback to ensure that we understood exactly what was occurring as he conducted his assessment.  Upon completion of his assessment he walked us through his findings and recommendations.
 
In addition to being prompt, he maintained a professional yet very approachable/congenial manner of interaction.
 
I have a few projects in mind for what is to become my new home; Gary and GTM Construction are the first on my list with whom to partner on these future endeavors.
 
I’ve already had the opportunity to recommend Gary and GTM Construction to a few members of my family and friends - I would, without reservation, highly recommend them for your next project.

Overall, the experience was very positive. Gary Mimnaugh/GTM Construction was easy to work with, his crew pleasant and professional and we ended up with exactly what we had hoped for. Because of the age of the house (built in 1946) there were some challenges along the way to accomplishing our goal, but Gary came through every time with good solutions to the problems. We appreciated his attention to detail, construction knowledge and dependability. The project was completed in a timely manner and we were kept informed of each step along the way. His crew was always considerate of our home and kept their work area neat and free of debris. Years later when our wood fence needed replacing, GTM was who we called. In the future GTM Construction will continue to be who we call for any home related construction needs.
