Greenway Window Cleaning

Mike is amazing. First, when we ended up with a somewhat last minute Thanksgiving event, he offered to come over that morning and get our windows done.  He was fast and his work was excellent. He came back a couple weeks later and did our gutters and also very fast, very high quality. On top of that he's an up front, nice guy who is clear and easy to deal with.

Mike was AMAZING.  He showed up exactly when he said he would.  We have very large picture windows (8x10) and 2 floors and our house is built into a hill so getting at the windows and gutters is pretty hard.  He did the inside and out of all the windows and our gutters all in about 3 hours.  He was friendly, professional, and flexible.  And did I mention he agreed to come on short notice on Thanksgiving morning ??  And an amazing price for how hard he works. 

Mike arrived as he said he would. Cleaned out all of the gutters. He was very tidy and fast. I will use him again. He also does work for my neighbor.

Mike is awesome. If you want a hard working and honest guy who does good work for good prices, use Mike.
I received several quotes for Christmas lights and his was cheapest. His work was also better than the other guys. Doesn't use any nails. His work is super neat and clean. He works hard and is very good at communicating. Had to change the scheduled time a few times due to weather and he was always on top of things. My house is pretty decent size. He probably spent ~15 (quite possibly more) hours on the job. I can't say for sure because I was in and out of the house.
He also went out and bought the lights and equipment I needed. Very honest.
He does seemed to have recently changed his company name to Lake Oswego Window Cleaning.

This was a great service. Mike showed up at 8:30 AM promptly as scheduled and finished up around 4:30PM. This was a full day's work. This is the first time I've ever paid for window cleaning, so I can't really compare the pricing. I gave him an 'A' on that because it seemed like a LOT of labor for a reasonable price. He discounted our bill, as a special promotion, from an estimate of $315 . Even at full price this seems like a deal, just considering the time he put in.

We have a 2400 sq. ft. house, two levels and all of our windows and screens are sparkling clean now. Aside from seeing him moving about the house, he was virtually unnoticeable the whole time. I work from home all day, every day, and I was able to do what I needed without interruption.

Mike is a very affable guy, very easy to talk to, explained his service up front, provided a quote, a time to come and perform the service, and exceeded our expectations in every way. I will definitely recommend him to our friends, family and neighbors.

P.S.: Ask him about the other services he provides. He gave me a quote for gutter cleaning that was less than what the neighborhood gardener charges.
