Melissa Steele was our housekeeper for about a year before she left the agency we were using and we found ourselves looking for someone new. Prior to hiring Melissa we had had a number of housekeepers ranging from drug users who stole prescription drugs to utter incompetents who broke something every time they cleaned the house. Melissa was a breath of fresh air. She is one of those persons who actually loves what she does and she does it with a real sense of professionalism. She is extremely honest so we never had the slightest hesitation in trusting her with keys, alarm codes and the responsibility of keeping our very-demanding cats in the house at all times. She is also very personable and willing to do any extras that crop up from time to time. In short she is very adaptable with a strong work ethic. I would not hesitate to hire her again if the occasion arose.
