Luke found the best loans and rates for our situation
Luke explained every aspect of the loan until we fully understood what the loan was about
Luke consistently kept up in the loop when things changed
Luke gently nudged us (all the time) when we needed to get things done. I have to admit with out busy schedules that was tough on Luke but he handled it very professionally and never got sick of us :-)
Luke guided us through the paperwork process which i mush say is a mound of work these days
When he could tell we were getting frustrated with leander requests he shouldered as much of the work himself where appropriate
Luke arranged calls and home visits where needed.
And lastly, he sent someone to our home to have the final papers signed, couldn't believe it.
Although the process is much more involved, Luke made it bearable for us. He was fantastic and i hope when it comes time for me to purchase or refinance another mortgage loan Luke will be available. He was just fantastic and i would highly recommend him. I have purchased at least 8 properties over my lifetime and I would rate Luke #1. You will not be disappointed.
