Michael, the owner, bid the work and completed most of it himself, with an assistant for a small part of it. He started promptly and completed the worked on schedule. The pantry is a small space with a checkered past and an extremely varied set of features to paint. My wife had some minor changes to the plan during the project, all of which Michael gracefully accommodated.
Description of Work: Painted newly finished and existing interior surfaces in a mudroom that had been converted to a pantry. Painting included existing walls, ceiling areas, door and trims, as well as new cabinetry (including drawers), new trims, new wall areas, and ceiling. Two colors, matched to our current paint scheme in the kitchen.

These guys were careful. Other than the fact that the ceiling was clean and beautiful you could not tell that they had been there. There were no paint drips or paint cans left or even debris in the garbage cans. I don't even know if they washed their brushes in the sink because everything was left clean. Also, I was really impressed with the fact that the company is environmentally conscious, using only green products, and disposing of products properly. Some people say they are green but you could tell these people really believe in being kind to the environment from their advice on paint and techniques. I was also impressed with their willingness to take on a job that seemed huge and very difficult and do such a great job.
Description of Work: We were painting a building for a non-profit. Limited budget. The building had high (3 story) ceilings and a very strange layout. It had to be painted in between classes on specific days. NWHE was very flexible, working with the building schedule, bringing in a crew to do the work as needed. I was delighted with the result. The ceiling looked so bright and clean afterwards.
