Don did excellent and precise work. I really liked how precise he was in making sure the cabinets were level. I know that seems basic but even our contractor didn't take as much care to ensure levelness and evenness as Don did....which is why we hired him. Don knows carpentry as well as a host of other items. I hired him because he is in the same community and I wanted to try out someone who do could the things we can't and who lives close by in case there is ever an emergency. We hired him again and plan on using him again for other stuff. The only drawback is that he is really busy right now since he was hired to do a whole house remodel so he comes in the evenings when he can. We plan in advance and he's responsive via text. I actually don't mind him coming in the evening, so I don't have to be a home waiting all day. He's a nice, thorough person who is an all around good guy and he's really nice to my dog as well...who is an adolescent and can sometimes be rather too demanding for attention.

Don is very thoughtful, efficient, stays on budget, and is an excellent general contractor.

Don is a licensed general contractor and seems to be able to repair just about anything. His finish work is excellent and he's very professional and careful about keeping your home clean when he's working. We'll be bringing him back for larger projects in the spring.
