DAN-N-SONS TREE SVC INC

We have a large forest property and we had a tree that was leaning from the property over a neighbors home and it needed something special. The tree was about 120 feet tall and it was leaning the way that required, well, there were structures and no matter where it fell, it was likely to crush something. It took special equipment. They had to bring a truck with a boom and take it down pieces as a time. You can imagine, this is a very specialized project. They also took another tree that might have been a problem in the future. They made sure there weren't any other things that could happen. I think, given the nature of difficulty that they did, I think the $4500 was reasonable. Everything was very professional. They were very nice and responsive. There were two people that worked on it and it's hazardous.

They had the equipment to do the job safely and efficiently. The street on which I live has a lot of pedestrian, and some vehicle, traffic. I especially appreciated how well they handled these traffic issues so that everyone was safe and no one was inconvenienced. Their cost was very competitive with other bids I obtained. A friend had also given me a great recommendation on how well they did the job she had.

They were the lowest bid by far from 2 others bids. I was skeptical of low price but found neighbors that used them and were pleased so I went with them.

Came on time, did the job quickly. Good clean up. efficient and professional. I would call them again and refer to others. Great Job

They were super neat, and cleaned as they went. They had people to take away blocks of wood at a time, and as they fell the trees, they removed them immediately--so as to not lie on the grass and damage the landscaping. Everything was very well-organized and orchestrated. They definitely went above and beyond!

Very well. It took one and a half hours. Dan is a friendly, easy going guy, and he and I talked over the removal of each limb as the job progressed (on the pruning).

Dan and his crew were very busy but not only had the best price, but did a great job. If was a difficult spot completely surrounded by other plants and they hit only one bush which was great given the spot. They left the area cleaned up as well.

I didn't know who to hire to do the work, so I checked Angie's List and started calling. Dan returned my call and set up a time for an estimate. He was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He arrived promptly to do the work. It was fun to watch him climb the trees and work the rope and chainsaw. He cleaned all three trees of dead branches and all broken and dangerous branches. He raised the canopies - not too high, but perfectly. The trees look nice and healthy. He cleaned up all debris. I have referred two acquaintances to Dan and will continue to do so. On a side note, Dan's estimate was $875.00 less than another bid for the same work. I think Dan's estimate was appropriate. I think we got great service for a fair price.

Dan is a true professional. The crew did a marvelous job, fast and and very careful. Everything was top-notch.

THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. WE WERE VERY PLEASED. THEY WERE PROMPT, COURTEOUS, CLEANED UP THE BRANCHES AND LIMBS, AND DID AN OVERALL EXCELLENT JOB. WE WOULD DEFINITELY HIRE THEM AGAIN.

DID GOOD WORK. THE CLEAN UP WAS PERFECT. THEY WERE VERY CAREFUL NOT TO HARM OUR PLANTS AROUND OUR HOUSE. WE ARE VERY SATISFIED.
