Description of Work: Replaced crystal on watch. The work was fine. The only problem was that instead of 1 week as predicted, it took 3 1/2 and I had to call twice to get an update because they never called back after the first call.

Description of Work: I took an antique Seth Thomas school clock in to be cleaned. It wasn't running. After a month it stopped again. My son-in-law took off the face and discovered that someone had used a paper clip to put something together. Not what I expected from this shop. I will not return.

Description of Work: She replaced my battery in my watch. Fast and easy. Fred Meyer wanted $40 to replace my battery due to the "complexity" of my watch. It is a regular watch and not complicated, so I knew they were not being truthful and wanting to make a way too much for a simple operation. Clock Gallery replaced the battery in about 1 minute. Not complicated.

Description of Work: They repaired my parents' 365 day anniversary clock and touched up the external brass base. They did a good job and the clock works well! I did think the price was a bit high, but they did repair the clock for the price of their estimate, so I have no complaints. The repair comes with a two year warranty.

Description of Work: Had problem with chiming wall clock. They recommended a complete cleaning for $250. Wasn't sure if I wanted to spend at this time but she recommended a new key for the clock and said maybe that would fix it and it did! My clock hadn't kept time or chimed right for years and now it works. I appreciate their expertise.
