I took a wall clock into this shop. They said that the movement needed to be replaced. They said it would take about 2 weeks. Four weeks later I still hadn't heard from them. When I called they said it would be ready within a week. Still didn't hear from them. I called them and was told that they couldn't give me an estimate of when the clock would be ready. I went back to the shop and picked up my clock - 5 weeks after originally leaving it with them. I put the clock back up on the wall at home and it has been running fine so far.

Took them much longer than they said it would and now the clock is not keeping the correct time. It is under warranty so will take it back in.

Took a long time to complete and the clock only ran 6 months after the repair.

I had to go back with it again. The workers were professional. They weren't the most expensive.

A Tissot watch I bought about 4 years ago started working very sporadically, stopping and then starting again. I took it in, was told it would cost $75 for a new movement. Julie, the owner, got a new movement, but the watch still wasn't working properly. I brought it back and she put another new movement in but it still wasn't working. She thought it was the case itself and got a smaller movement. This took months. I finally called and she said it had run well for a week, and it was fixed. So I picked it up, keeping my fingers crossed that it was fixed. But it only ran for a couple of days, then stopped. Shaking it gets it moving again, but only temporarily. It would cost me a lot more to send it to a Tissot repair center, so I've given up. Too bad; it was a very nice, $350 watch. Julie tried to fix it, but it just didn't work.

My son took his great grandfather's old Railroad watch in to be cleaned and have the plastic crystal face replaced with a glass one. The store did everything asked, and even showed my son how to use the watch - set the time, wind, etc... which was great and professional. What surprised me is that they did not clean it up, particularly the attached chain. It was tarnished, and when the request included "clean it up" I felt that the chain would have been included. My son ended up dipping the chain in Tarnex and it all looked great afterwards. It was for a gift - a fact the store also knew.

I had taken the clock into the Clock Gallery previously when it was under previous ownership and was very unhappy with the work done. Not only didn't the clock work better but it had an odd noise that it didn't have before. Imagine my suprise when I found the Clock Gallery at the top of the list of and quot;grade Aand quot; providers. I read every review to try and understand what had changed. The reviews were very good and it was clear that there were new owners. I swollowed hard and took the clock back. I have not written a review before now to see how the clock worked over time. I am happy to report my regulator clock is working perfectly, sounds normal again, and keeps excellent time. I recommend this buisness. My only complaint is that I had to pay the $250.00 again.

I called to request quote on servicing/cleaning my 30 year old Grandfather Clock. Was given range of possible cost and enough information to determine that my particular cost would be on the high end of their estimate. I ended up selecting another vendor who charged less but was happy that Clock Gallery gave me timely, professional quote.

Couldn't have gone better. The young lady at the counter replaced the battery in five minutes, and aring;† a cost of only $9.00. She was very polite and professional. I was very pleased.

They are an excellent company to deal with and were on time and right in the ballpark with everybody else. They extended a time frame for me to have a discount and it was really nice of them to do that. This company was professional and they were concerned about whether to wear booties in my house. They also were nice to my dog.

I have already taken two more clocks in - highly recommend this shop!

I stopped by the store to see how much it would be to replace a battery in my watch. The gal behind the desk told me it would be $25 so I decided to have them replace it. I was out of the store in about 5 minutes. Very happy with the service.

The owner looked at my broken clock-face and was able to repair the hands there and then. No charge!! Excellent service.

I asked her to replace the movement while I waited. She was happy to do that. Fast and knowledgeable service

Took my husband's clock in, was told the price to repair it, asked me if it had ever been overhauled and I said no and was told that they would do that. It was ready in a week which is what I was told and the clock works great.

They were absolutely excellent. They were great and fixed my grandfather clock perfectly. I would definitely recommend them to other. They saw a part was missing on it and were willing to go all the way back to their shop to get the part before coming back.

Brought a grandfather clock in for repair. Flat rate to fix it. Guaranteed. Get it back after considerable wait. "We can't fix it. No charge." Thanks for nothing but the hassle to bring it in. Perhaps they'll "fix anything" if all it requires is a good cleaning. This piece simply wore out, and needed some parts remanufactured, no doubt. Not easy. But I think it's misleading to suggest they'll fix it for a flat fee, (but if it's too hard/ time consuming we won't).

IF YOU DO NOT MIND WAITING FOR A QUALITY JOB, THEY ARE GREAT. IT TOOK ALMOST THREE MONTHS FROM THE TIME THE CLOCK WAS REMOVED UNTIL IT WAS BROUGHT BACK. WE KNOW THAT REPAIRING GRANDFATHER CLOCKS CAN BE AN ART, SO WE DID NOT MIND THE WAIT

Julie trained in Switzerland for a year. She is professional and competent.

I called several clock repair shops and Clock Gallery ladies were the most personable and responsive. I took the items in and within two days all work had been completed! I made one follow-up visit to get instructions on how to set the different chime modes of my antique clock. Very fast, friendly service!

I was extremely impressed. It's a wonderful store that gives wonderful service and does not try to rip off the customer. I will definitely go there again, and I've been recommending them to my friends all day! It's not just a repair shop; they sell clocks and watches from modern to antique at very honest prices. A great shop!

We brought the clock in and obtained an estimate. We left the clock and it was ready two or three weeks later. Everything is working fine and we are happy to have our old clock running and chiming perfectly.

The weight chains were not connected to prevent unraveling. This did not give good access to one weight attachment. I fixed it myself, but it took about ten minutes. The price for the cleaning was less than estimated and it was done faster than promised. Overall I would give the experience an A-.
