It went well.

Took them much longer than they said it would and now the clock is not keeping the correct time. It is under warranty so will take it back in.

Took a long time to complete and the clock only ran 6 months after the repair.

A Tissot watch I bought about 4 years ago started working very sporadically, stopping and then starting again.  I took it in, was told it would cost $75 for a new movement.  Julie, the owner, got a new movement,  but the watch still wasn't working properly.  I brought it back and she put another new movement in but it still wasn't working.  She thought it was the case itself and got a smaller movement.  This took months.  I finally called and she said it had run well for a week, and it was fixed.  So I picked it up, keeping my fingers crossed that it was fixed.   But it only ran for a couple of days, then stopped.  Shaking it gets it moving again, but only temporarily.    It would cost me a lot more to send it to a Tissot repair center, so I've given up.  Too bad; it was a very nice, $350 watch.  Julie tried to fix it, but it just didn't work.

My son took his great grandfather's old Railroad watch in to be cleaned and have the plastic crystal face replaced with a glass one. The store did everything asked, and even showed my son how to use the watch - set the time, wind, etc... which was great and professional.

What surprised me is that they did not clean it up, particularly the attached chain. It was tarnished, and when the request included "clean it up" I felt that the chain would have been included.  My son ended up dipping the chain in Tarnex and it all looked great afterwards. It was for a gift - a fact the store also knew.

I had taken the clock into the Clock Gallery previously when it was under previous ownership and was very unhappy with the work done. Not only didn't the clock work better but it had an odd noise that it didn't have before. Imagine my suprise when I found the Clock Gallery at the top of the list of and quot;grade Aand quot; providers. I read every review to try and understand what had changed. The reviews were very good and it was clear that there were new owners. I swollowed hard and took the clock back. I have not written a review before now to see how the clock worked over time. I am happy to report my regulator clock is working perfectly, sounds normal again, and keeps excellent time. I recommend this buisness. My only complaint is that I had to pay the $250.00 again.

Couldn't have gone better. The young lady at the counter replaced the battery in five minutes, and aring;† a cost of only $9.00. She was very polite and professional. I was very pleased.

They are an excellent company to deal with and were on time and right in the ballpark with everybody else. They extended a time frame for me to have a discount and it was really nice of them to do that. This company was professional and they were concerned about whether to wear booties in my house. They also were nice to my dog.

I have already taken two more clocks in - highly recommend this shop!

I stopped by the store to see how much it would be to replace a battery in my watch. The gal behind the desk told me it would be $25 so I decided to have them replace it. I was out of the store in about 5 minutes. Very happy with the service.

The owner looked at my broken clock-face and was able to repair the hands there and then. No charge!! Excellent service.
