I bought my last house with them and it was sheer hell. I use them for my rental and they charge 10% where everyone else charges 8%, they've just been awful. I had to sue the former owners and they were really not much help at all. They are still renting my property for me but I'm going through an attorney to get rid of them, they are charging me for everything they possibly can. The experience has been just awful, I'd never use them or recommend them. They lure you in with their nice ways then they just kind of screw ya.
