BUYER BEWARE!!!!!! Ms. Walkert bought this old Portland home and proceeded to attempt to fix things up to flip the house and to make her the most money, unfortunately she did not do any of these fixes correctly. The electricity was unsafe, the tile shower was installed directly onto wood, no moisture barrier, plumbing, and paint was done shoddy as well. Unfortunately the inspector couldn't see all of these things at purchase b/c they were hidden under the walls. I just find it appalling that anyone would do business this way. Buying a house is a huge financial decision, be careful not to work with Walker Properties.
