We moved from the country to the city. We received a notice from the city to have it checked. Found these guys and they were half the price and they will come annually for me. They were fantastic. The back flow cover was buried and they couldn't find it at first. Found it the next day and they checked it. Explained everything to us and only charged us half the price of competitors. They put us on auto renewal so they can remind me. They sent all the paperwork to the city for me which was awesome. Tabitha the receptionist was extremely helpful in scheduling and explaining.

2 backflow tests were done 6/10/15. I received nothing - no report or phone call. I emailed on 6/23/15 and got apologetic answer from Tabatha that the person who was supposed to provide report and repair estimate was out. She wrote she cannot provide any information since she "cannot get into the computer". She also included an invoice which I did not immediately pay waiting for the full report and estimate. She promised I will hear back as soon as that "person" is back in the office 6/25/15. I received nothing. After 2 month of no report and no repair estimate I asked another company (Womack) to do the same work and promptly got the report and repair recommendations. On 8/14/15, I received an email from Tabatha complaining I have not paid them. I replied by outlining the sequence of events, that I was dissatisfied and questioned why I should pay for incomplete service. Her reply was to threaten legal action. She did not bother to send the promised report and/or repair estimate. Maybe she could not get into the computer again. $45 is not worth the argument, I paid it. Yes, they are cheap. but you get what you pay for.

On May 13, 2015 the provider contacted me in response to my e-mail to let me know that my backflow test was scheduled for May 20th. May 20th came and went but no one ever showed up or contacted me. So, I called them and the next day the provider indicated they did not come out on the 20th as another customer issue took longer than anticipated. So the rescheduled my test for May 23rd. May 23rd came and went and again no test or call. I again had to contact the provider who indicated the tester could not find my house and supposedly called and left me a message. However there is no record of a call or message being received on my cell phone. They asked if I wanted to reschedule but I went with another company as I needed the test done by June 1st
