2 backflow tests were done 6/10/15. I received nothing - no report or phone call. I emailed on 6/23/15 and got apologetic answer from Tabatha that the person who was supposed to provide report and repair estimate was out. She wrote she cannot provide any information since she "cannot get into the computer". She also included an invoice which I did not immediately pay waiting for the full report and estimate. She promised I will hear back as soon as that "person" is back in the office 6/25/15. I received nothing. After 2 month of no report and no repair estimate I asked another company (Womack) to do the same work and promptly got the report and repair recommendations. On 8/14/15, I received an email from Tabatha complaining I have not paid them. I replied by outlining the sequence of events, that I was dissatisfied and questioned why I should pay for incomplete service. Her reply was to threaten legal action. She did not bother to send the promised report and/or repair estimate. Maybe she could not get into the computer again.
$45 is not worth the argument, I paid it.
Yes, they are cheap. but you get what you pay for.
