Okay other than horrible communication, my shades were not delivered on time. I found out weeks later the fabric was on backorder. Not once did they make any effort to inform me of the delay. Finally and weeks overdue, my shades were delivered and installed and I immediately noticed one of them was not as ordered. They told me that because of the slight cut out on the bottom of that one I could not get top down. However that is what I ordered and paid for and was Never informed of such. Then they told me that maybe it could be retrofited. So a few weeks later they picked up the shade for repair and reinstall a few days later. Guess what, they did not show peas expected! Now I am really upset and call them only to find out the wrong part had been delivered but they did not bother to call me again! So they rescheduled. Incredibly and Again they did Not show up at that rescheduled appointment because it wasn't finished. I also had two other honeycomb shades that were being cut down to size by them and I was told it was around $35 per shade. Well finally yesterday all three shades were delivered and I was charged $150 for the two shades that were cut down not the $70 I was expecting. What a rip off.
Please be aware of this company and their complete lack of customer service. Do not dare complain to them because they will do everything they can to make you miserable and intentionally hold up your order.
