didn’t go so well. After contacting him at the end of Dec 2013, we met and went over all our
specific needs in a home. The inventory for houses in our price range was very low, so it was
limited to what decent walk troughs we did and we did several. We put in multiple offers and always seemed
to come in 2nd.During this time Brad always made sure to keep me positive and assured me that
we will find the right House and more houses will come on the market. He also
gave me his pros and cons of each house and wasn't afraid to give me his opinion
if we should put in an offer or not. The feeling we got, was he truly was after
our best interest and not just trying to make a sale. This was exactly the
opposite of my experience with the previous Agent. Once we finally had our
offer accepted, during the negotiation/inspection period- Brad made sure our
money was spent wise and with the least amount of risk should the deal fall
through. After all this process, I can say we truly found the right house and
