Kevin and Ricky called 30 minutes before they were due to be at my house to let me know they would be 15 minutes late. When they arrived they were very profession and began examining the wall behind where the dishwasher was. They did testing for moisture and mold and determined that they did not observe black mold or dry rot. They said the "black" was dead mold and explained how I could have determined if it were indeed black mold. They recommended that I obtain some microbial treatment spray and told me exactly what to do to treat the area. They also suggested I get some Kilz paint for bath and kitchen and paint the area after I completed treatment. When I explained that the dishwasher installers would not complete the installation until the treatment was complete, they gave me their card and said to have the installers call them if there were any questions. While they didn't provide any services other than the testing, they provided a lot of information and peace of mind. They literally saved me from hiring a different contractor that would probably have cost me $70,000 to $90,000, based upon what that contractor told me would need to be done. These guys were great and I would highly recommend Armored Restoration!

We had a leak in our tub that caused significant damage to everything around it. Kevin came out and did a thorough inspection, walked us through what the process was going to look like, and started demo a couple days later. Chris and Garrett primarily worked on our project and had great attitudes, always friendly, and communicated every step of the way. Our bathroom is now put back together and looks great.

Kevin came out and assessed the damage caused by our slow dishwasher leak the day after we called him. He thoroughly explained the entire process, including how to manage our insurance claim. His crew was out a few days later and completed the demo within 2 days. The entire crew was very professional and friendly and our rebuilt kitchen looks beautiful!

It went great. I love Angies list. Brandi from Armored Restoration contacted me immediately and we went through the details and she had the crew come out and figured out my water problems. They had to work in the worst conditions where other companies didnt even wanna touch it or even call me back. It was a lengthy process to get everything back to new but was to be expected with how long everything was wet and damaged. At first I was mad cause I had to pay so much to fix everything that was wrong. But now after its fixed I dont have any respiratory problems or allergies or running nose and headaches. I had no clue how bad the mold was affecting my life. Glad I waited to post a review. Thanks for saving me!!
