ANN THOMAS

Whereas a lot of agents would have given up on us after the first few weeks of indecision, alterations to what we were looking for, screaming infants in the car while house hunting, and just generally stressful situations, Ann was always calm and relaxed and had ideas on how to proceed. She was always incredibly responsive--returning calls and emails promptly, meeting me at a house on a moment's notice, sending MLS updates, suggesting houses to view, calling FSBO owners to see if their house was a match, etc. When we placed offers or retracted offers, she was willing to move her schedule around to accommodate us and really just wants her clients to be happy. The bottom line is that we are not easy clients and we have very high expectations. Ann not only exceeded those expectations a million fold, but she did so with grace, competence, a high degree of organization, and with a positive outlook. We are so lucky to have used Ann as our agent, and will be using her again in the future.
