 + -1 moreThey did a great job. They did not start quite as soon as we thought they were going to but once they started they completed the work quickly and thoroughly. The field crew were very respectful of a household with a new baby and nervous dogs.
Description of Work: Andy Paris and Association did a complete survey of our property (marking property corners and topographic, land marks, trees etc.). At the same time they marked the corners of our neighbors property.

 + -1 moreThe company wanted a $500 deposit for work, but they could not agree to a firm date for performing the work. I did not believe that I should be asked to pay such a large deposit if there was no guarantee for the work. Their time schedule was at least 4-5 weeks out, and I easily found another company with a five day wait.
Description of Work: Work not performed. Only a quote was given.

 + -1 moreVery professional people. They always answered my telephone calls and many questions. Work was prompt and was completed on time. Survey work is expensive, but they are priced fairly and will work with you. Harry is a very honest man.
Description of Work: Extensive survey work, including locating original monuments and placing new monuments on all corners. This is a very old property of almost 7 acres, and it required many days of work to research and locate old markings. ''Over hills and through the valleys'' as well as along the creek and Tualitan River. Harry and Rob were always available to take my calls and answer my questions. A new lot line was recorded with Clackamas County and West Linn's approval upon completion.
