The owner’s communication skills were terrible. They were quick to respond to my request. I was told they would check their schedule and then get back to me. However, they never called back. It took persistence, and several days, and multiple voice messages before I was able to get speak with a live person. The only reason I did was because of my persistence. When Altimate Cleaning Solutions came out to clean, they charged $450. For this price, I do not think they did a good job. I asked them to take care of cobwebs, and a light fixture over the kitchen stove. It was not until after they left I found the only cobwebs cleaned were the ones I pointed out, and the light fixture was still dirty. They did not do very well on the floors either. There were still a lot of spots that needed a little more attention in order to get clean. The day they were here (before I discovered the problems), I asked about making a regular schedule, the owner said they needed to check their calendar, and would call me. I never heard back. Despite all this, I wanted to believe the problems were a matter of effective communication. After a couple weeks, and several more attempts, I got a hold of the owner. However, they made the decision to hold-off due to COVID-19. This is understandable, and I respect them for making the decision to wait. In the end, I have made the decision not to re-hire Altimate Cleaning Solutions again.
