They had some fees on their end that they cancelled because the rates dropped during the process. He was very good about sending information in email and kept me up to date on everything happening and the different rates. It was helpful to see those comparissons.

I contacted Alpine Mortgage to get information about refinancing and they transferred me to Senior Mortgage Banker Jim Jay. Jim was very helpful and answered all of my questions. He got back to me with an estimate of fees and interest rates the same day. I was checking out a few other places but he was patient with me the entire time, checking in and answering any questions that I had. I decided to go ahead with the refinance and chose to go with Alpine Mortgage because of Jim?s responsiveness and how knowledgeable he was. Jim was able to get me the loan that I wanted and a great interest rate and the whole process went really smoothly. He kept in contact with me the entire time and answered every question that I had the same day. He was very flexible as far as being able to get a hold of him via phone or email, which I appreciated. He also made himself available to me after hours and weekends. The whole experience went a lot smoother than I expected it to go and I believe this can be attributed to Jim and the knowledgeable and friendly people at Alpine Mortgage. Jim was out of town when I actually went to the signing but Susan from his office kept in contact with me and actually showed up at the Title Company to meet me the day of the signing. I would definitely recommend Alpine Mortgage to all of my friends and family.

Mike Young has built a team that is very knowledgeable and is committed to providing exceptional service. My coordinator, Jennifer, was fantastic. Not only was she always available to answer any questions or concerns I had, she was proactive in coordinating all facets of the project to achieve the target deadline. She kept me up to date at every step of the process. I know of two other people that have refinanced with Alpine Mortgage and they had the same positive experience. I would highly recommend this team of professionals.

I WOULD HAVE TO SAY THAT ALPINE MORTGAGE HAS TO HAVE BEEN THE BEST MORTGAGE COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. TREVOR AND HIS STAFF WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND ANSWERED ALL OF MY QUESTIONS THAT I HAD FOR THEM. AND THEY TOOK THE TIME TO EXPLAIN THIS TO US. THE CLOSING WAS FAST ALSO.
