Window Service
The rep, Tim, was nice, but long winded. He explained all the window features, but would not speed up the presentation. There was no hard sell. He was at our house for about two hours;30 minutes would have done it. We did not want to be rude, but he did not pick up on our cues to speed up. The product cost was as much as wood interior windows, which we ended up going with, as we liked the look better. Tim did follow up with a call, which was nice, and he did not harrass us or anything like that.
