Heating and Air Conditioning Service
In December 2005, I contracted with Aardvark Heating to replace my furnace. Victor Risk represented himself as the licensed, bonded, insured owner of the company. It turns out that while he is the new owner of the company, he is not licensed. Instead he used a false CCB license number to secure my business. There is no bonding and no insurance. I purchased a new Goodman furnace from him that he represented as qualifying for the Oregon Energy Tax Credit. The furnace he installed is of lesser value and does not qualify for the tax credit. The installation is substandard, failing to meet code requirements, and the furnace itself doesn't operate properly. The cost to repair and bring up to code is an additional $1000.00. Victor Risk himself is currently under fine by the Oregon State Construction Contractors Licensing Board for the fraudulent use of a CCB license number and operating without a license.

IT WAS GREAT. IT WAS IN THE MIDDLE OF WINTER AND OUR FURNACE BROKE. THEY CAME OUT AND FIXED IT THE NEXT DAY.
