The owner, Mr. Youchi, comes right away and does not charge extra for the urgent calls. He is very nice and very good. He explains the problem well and what he is doing. He also gives us helpful hints. For example, the last time he was out to look at our air conditioning unit, he showed us how to check it and also how to flush out our water heater. His prices are very reasonable. He is extremely helpful and knows what he is doing. He is also very pleasant. We will continue to use him in the future and have already recommended him to others.
