The system was very expensive, I expected the installation to go as the sales man told me when he was "selling" the system. I think he told me what he though would sell the system, not what was correct. The service guy who installed told me different stuff that would have made me look into it more before buying. The wire was supposed to be on the property/fence line. The actual installation was up to 15' inside the fence because it was easier. The sales man had specifically told me they could do it on the fence since and we had discussed specific installion and agreed on how it would be done. A second issue: I can not adjust the intensity of the "shock" they need to come out to do it. The setting is not working so now have been waiting to get an appointment. I finally had an appt, a 4 hour window I have to be home, then they call at the end of the window and cancel. I have to call and set up another appt. My neighbor bought a system at the feed store for a fraction of the cost and installed himself. It is working much better than mine.

The company was great. The fence was very easy to install ourselves. They did a great job of training our dog. Their service is guaranteed.

I just adopted a yellow lab with a lot of behavior problems. He has separation anxiety and anytime I would leave, he would figure out a way to get out of the yard. After receiving calls that he was out, I decided to get help. I called and set up an appointment for the same day. The salesman came out, the new dog jumped on him, got him dirty and he was very gracious. Decided to install the fence and the technician came at the appointed time. Received training and then decided I wanted a unit for the inside as well (the dog can open the refrigerator door). Received additional training and the inside unit and love it. I can keep the rotten dog at home - and yes, I love him to pieces.

The on-site rep was very helpful, came out ahead of time and then completed the work very quickly. They have two training sessions, a great warranty and guarantees. They are really a first-class organization.
