Appliance Repair
First contacted in mid-November. Spent nearly 1 1/2 months trying to get service (warranty service - they were the only provider in the area for Samsung refrigerators under warranty). They failed to show for three different appointments, failed to return phone calls, were thoroughly unprofessional in their every contact with us. Always had an excuse for their failure to help.
