The carpenter (Justin Bain) was world class in all respects.
The individual doing the sidewalk was slow and, in fact never finished. Boss had to bring in a second guy to finish work. The sidewalk was never finished as promised but after a year of haggling we dropped it. We do not recommend sidewalk work from Eagle Cap but surely the first guy has not been kept on.
There were bad elements in our dealing with EC. The roffers never showed to discuss/repair our roof, but the owner was as frustrated as we were.
We would use the carpenter again in a second and we would contract with the company again.

We were pleased that the yard looked better after they cleaned up than when they started. Used tarps and kept mess cleaned up & hauled away daily. Arrived promptly and worked constantly. Only disappointment was when we requested senior discount, were told we should have negotiated it during the estimate.

Leo Bristol owns this company and runs the crew. He was on-site during the entire project. Leo kept me informed on the day to day plans, which worked around the weather. If rain was forecast, the crew did not tear-off more than they could promptly cover.
Leo and his crew take pride in the quality of work that they do and I was extremely happy with the job they did. There were no issues at all, and the job was completed for the bid price. They stayed on the week-long project until it was completed.
This was a large job and tear-off was cleaned up and hauled away at the end of each day. Clean up was complete. Two layers of old existing roof were completely removed from the house and 7/16 sheeting was put down, covered with felt and then 29 gauge metal sheet roofing was put down. The roof they installed is simply beautiful!
They did my garage as well; installing the same metal to existing sheeting. That job was done in a day and looks great.
