It's been a little less than a year since the driveway was paved. I started getting holes about a month later. Called - no response. Called again and was told we'll take care of it. Called again a couple months later and no return call. Then came winter and nothing could be done - but still no phone call. Sent a letter in May asking for a phone call - no response. Sent a second letter but this time it was sent certified and asked for a response by later this week so I'm still waiting. Better Business Bureau is my next step.
