On the one cold day this spring, my furnace started making an awful screeching sound. A solid thump on the offending part made a temporary fix. I called UM and explained the problem. They had 2 repairmen out inside an hour. They diagnosed the problem, went to the shop to get the part and had it fixed in no time flat. They showed me the old part, clearly not repairable. They also gave me a pointer for a maintenance trick that will likely save us a service call in the future. They were fast, professional and personable. They even tried to make friends with my weird dog!
