Went very well , they started at 7am Monday April 21s,t 2014 and completed the upgrade on Tuesday April 22, 2014. They were well prepared. They utilized a carpenter and electrical contractor for some of their specialized work..

They were as neat as possible, checked their work as it progressed, answered all my questions during the upgrade. They loaned us two electric heaters because we were without service overnight. Not there fault , delays were due to local city inspectors that work on their own schedule.

I would recommend Metal Masters to anyone that is needing heat or ac upgrades. Or just servicing to existing home units.

Their sales consultant that I dealt with at the beginning when I was considering the work was very helpful as was the office manager that I dealt with on the payment schedule.

Great company ! Highly Recommend..... And I am picky and hard to deal with at times having spent 35 years in the construction trade myself.

We bought a house last winter and saw that Metal Masters had previously serviced the HVAC unit. I called them and purchase a one year service agreement to see how it would go. This agreement consisted of a heating check in the winter and a cooling check in the summer. Both times they came out they were punctual and professional. We have a humidifier hooked up to our furnace and the technician made sure to check that and have it running properly. I will continue to use them for servicing our HVAC unit!

They did a great job, were extremely knowledgeable. Their salesman talked us through all the options to make sure we had the right equipment for our home. He explained all the rebates and tax credits available for us. The technician called to let us know he was on his way and was here when he said he would be. He explained exactly what they were doing and why. He did a great job on the installation, took steps to protect our floors and always cleaned up before they left. It was nice to see him teaching his assistant as they went along.

We were provided 3 different estimates and the various rebates that went with each unit. The estimate was accurate. All the folks involved were professional and all work was done in a timely manner and clean up was perfect.

They have been in the community a long time and they stand by their work.

I'd recommend them to family and friends. They were on time.

We got an appointment for the next business day, and the technician arrived exactly on time. He was professional, clean, friendly and fast. He had the replacement motor on his truck, along with all the necessary parts. This business was recommended by a local electrician who has done a lot of work with Metal Masters, and said they're the best. I believe it. We were very satisfied. We live 40 miles from the business, so they charged $40 for extra travel. Most businesses do this in our area. There is a $75 minimum technician fee. Not unreasonable, compared to other services here.
