It was a little expensive, but the quality of their work was amazing.  I had hard water stains in my bathrooms that I had tried everything on and they got them out.  All of the staff was great.  3 ladies spent about 5 hours doing all the cleaning.  They clean every inch of every surface.  In the end I think it was worth what I paid.  It may have been a little cheaper to have an independent person do it, but I like the security of having a bigger company with a well known reputation.

When I left in the morning, I made sure all the toys were put away, dishes done, counters cleared, and baby items (exersaucer/bouncy seat) were put away. But everything was really dirty. The toilet was gross, our white kitchen sink was stained brown, the floors needed sweeping, mopping and vacuuming, and the windows in the eating area had little kid finger prints all over them. I was hesitant to pay the huge initial cleaning fee ($295) but I'm going to say it was worth it. Our house was shining and spotless when I returned home. The bathroom was sparking and they also arranged our bath products in an appealing way. Our stainless steel appliances were free of smudges, they cleaned the windows on the inside and then in the area between the inside ledge and the screen that accumulates dirt, they polished our antique wooden furniture with lemon oil, and they even made sure my dog's water bowl was filled before leaving. They will come back as requested every 2-6 weeks and from now on it will be $185 instead of $295, which is much more reasonable. The thing is, if we had a bigger house and asked them to clean the additional guest bedroom, our bedrooms, and guest bathroom, I wonder if the price would have been doubled??
I'm not going to complain, though. Sue was wonderful to work with--she let me use texting to communicate which is helpful since my hubby and I both work full time and aren't always available by phone. The cleaning crew was helpful and cheerful, and every detail was attended to. I would definitely do it again!
