Furniture - Sales
The sales lady was very nice and courteous, however, when I ran into a warranty issue with the chair's workmanship of it's fabric and padding, that is when the trouble ensued! The chair was picked up for repair (after much hassle from the store manager) and after two weeks was returned ... still in unacceptable condition! The owner REFUSED a return on the chair and my best option was to take a small cut in the price. With the hassle and time spent on trying to resolve this issue, it is apparant to me that I will be taking my future furniture needs to another dealer!
