Wonderful. Very professional and courteous Employees. Even offered to help maintain the roof in winter. Always accessible by phone for questions and prompt with service. Nearly a year later still remembered the job and my name! I have had no trouble with leaks and know that I can trust that if there were trouble in the future, they would come out and promptly fix it. I highly recommend this company.

Linkville did an excellent job. They might be a few dollars more than some of the other roofers in town, but they are the best and worth the investment. I have seen their work since and it continues to be quality. Don't take a chance, use Linkville. Sad to see others were not impressed with professionalism, remember people they are roofers, not politicians.

I did not use this company. I asked for a simple breakdown charges, I wanted one number for the materials and one number for the labor. I do not have name of the person who gave me the estimate, but he said he could not do that. My estimate consisted of a what he would do, but not how many squares it would take. He did state he would tear off all the existing roofing and remove it, he would replace any bad plywood, and the first two would be free and the cost of the plywood would be $38 each. He would use 30 lb felt, style D drip edge, the color of the shingles (which I had not decided on, yet), new vents, new plumbing pipe jacks and three tab ridge. He said that he would use architectural shingles, but quoted me the price of three tab shingles. I am not sure why he was not able to say it would take X number of squares at X price each. I will not use this company!

Overall, the work went well, perhaps a bit long due to the above employees. However, the price to us did not increase.

Roofers arrived each day on tlme and did excellent detailed work. They clean up after their work each and every day. The roofing job took 5 days from start to finish. The owner of the firm came by each day to check on the work and after the roof was completed by the roofers, he did extra detailed finish work. Extra vents were put in to provide better ventalation in my attic. The roof is expected to last 30 years, but with all the detail Linkville Roofing did, I am expecting that the roof will last many years past the 30 expected.

Rich and his crew were there the very day stated. He went to the greatest length possible to get a roofing color that would compliment our home and the natural surroundings too.

The price estimated was very competitive and everyone I spoke with was most impressed with his work and the value of the product he uses. Rich had been doing patching for us until the roof just had to be replaced. So we knew we could trust his final completion on this to be very fine.

I believe the roof looks better than it looked when the home was first built and had a brand new roof. He did such nice finish work, added new wood around the doors where needed and charged very little for this added improvement also.

The new siding matches perfectly and he did improvements before replacing the siding to keep the home warmer and drier also.

It all looks so very nice and at such a wonderful price. His crew did amazing cleanup and none of our shrubs or plants were disturbed. Awesome job! Linkville Roofing and Siding. Thanks Rich and Eric !!

I later found out that Rich is the owner of Linkville Roofing. I was very impressed that he came out on a Saturday. He was very professional, thorough and pleasant. I was very pleased with the follow up.
I called Linkville because the company has done a lot of work in the past for the Church I attend and I knew that they were fair and did excellent work.
I highly recommend this company and the owner!

They were very good at what they do things went very well with the project.

He gave us a great estimate. Purchased all the correct materials the first time. His crew were always early, friendly, and did a great job. He's the best in Klamath County.

We were out of town during the inspection of and completion of project. I was most pleased with the excellent communication with us and construction work and matching of paint. The most timely manner to prevent further problems with the needed work and great communication between Mr. Richard Schmerbach and us could not be matched by any other business with more efficiency.

They were very good. I dealt with them 4 times before on another property and they were very good. They had an accident and they repaired it. On another property I had them do roofing and siding and I was very happy with that. He is very good.

These guys were courteous, professional and prompt. Arrived on time and finished ahead of schedule. I would definately use them again.
